During the modules of the programme the world-renowned cases and the cases of Ukrainian companies are studied.
Business simulations are used to broaden the horizons of perception and develop the skills of an innovative and systematic approach to doing business.

Development of senior executives through planning and implementation of strategic breakthrough initiatives / projects and reflecting on them
Business owners, top executives and senior executives with more than 5 years of management experience and:

Graduates of the programme will receive an Executive MBA diploma from DTEK Academy and an state MBA diploma from the partner business school.
The program consists of 10 modules combined into 5 thematic blocks with the reflection after each block, field-based modules and an international study tour. The modules of the program are cross-functional and aimed at practical application of knowledge - action learning.
